On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed
the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.1098 per Placement Share to be issued
pursuant to the Private Placement.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.1098 per Placement Share represents a discount of
approximately 10.00% or RM0.0122 to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market
price of SHIB Shares from 3 December 2020 to 9 December 2020 of approximately RM0.1220.
