After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of
the matter, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has decided to grant
the Company a waiver from complying with Paragraph 8.03A(3) of the Main Market Listing
Requirements which requires a Paragraph 8.03A company to submit a regularisation plan to
the relevant authority.
With the above, Bursa Securities wishes to inform that HUAAN will be uplifted from being
classified as a Paragraph 8.03A company effective 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 19 December 2017.
