The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has vide its letter dated 18 December 2017 to
inform that after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the Application,
Bursa Securities has decided to grant the Company a waiver from complying with Paragraph
8.03A(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements which requires a Paragraph 8.03A
company to submit a regularisation plan to the relevant authority.
With the above, Bursa Securities wishes to inform that Hua-An will be uplifted from
being classified as a Paragraph 8.03A company effective 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 19 December
2017.
