The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that on 8 November 2017, the
Company had submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the upliftment of Hua-An
from being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the
MMLR of Bursa Securities and pending the decision on the said application above.
