We refer to our first announcement dated 17 June 2016 and
the subsequent announcements on 1 July 2016, 1 August 2016, 1 September 2016, 4 October
2016, 1 November 2016, 1 December 2016, 3 January 2017, 2 February 2017, 13 March 2017,
3 April 2017, 2 May 2017, 15 May 2017 and 1 June 2017 respectively.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that pursuant to Bursa
Securities's letter dated 16 June 2016, the Company has up to 15 June 2017 to submit a
regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities for approval. The Company had on 15
May 2017 submitted an application to the Bursa Securities for an extension of time to
submit the regularisation plan pursuant to Paragraph 8.03(A) of the Bursa Securities
MMLR (“Application”). The Application is currently still pending the decision of the
Bursa Securities.
Any further material development on the Proposed Regularisation Plan and the decision of
the Bursa Securities for the Application will be announced by the Company accordingly.
