The Board of Directors of Hua-An wishes to announce that the
Company will be seeking approval from its shareholders for the proposed renewal of
shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading
nature ("Proposal") at the forthcoming Eleventh Annual General Meeting.
A circular setting out the details of the Proposal will be despatched to the
shareholders of the Company in due course.
