Reference is made to Hua-An’s announcement on 4 March 2016
in respect of the Waiver Application.
The Board of Directors of Hua-An wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities
Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has vide its letter dated 16 June 2016 informed the Company
of its decision to reject the following after due consideration of all facts and
circumstances:-
(i) The Waiver Application; and
(ii) The Company’s appeal to Bursa Securities to accord it with an extended period of 24
months (from the date of Bursa Securities decision) to either recommence its coke
operations or submit a regularisation plan, in the event the Waiver Application is
rejected.
As such, Hua-An is now being classified as a Paragraph 8.03A Company.
