We refer to the announcement made on 29 January 2016 in
relation to lease agreement entered between Linyi Yehua Coking Co. Ltd
("Yehua"), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Linyi Xin
Jiang Quan Metal Material Technology Co. Ltd. for the leasing of some of its coking
ovens, namely ovens #1, #2 and #3 and its ancillary facilities ("
Leasing") at Yehua.
The Company wishes to inform that following the above Leasing, the Company has triggered
Paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") whereby Hua-An is
purportedly deemed to have temporary suspended its business or its major operations.
In view of the above, the Board of Directors of Hua-An wishes to announce that the
Company will submit an application to Bursa Securities to seek a waiver from complying
with Paragraph 8.03A (2) and (3) of the MMLR.
