The Board of Directors of Hua-An wishes to announce that
pursuant to the Company's application for a waiver from complying with Paragraphs 8.03A
(2) and (3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("Listing Requirements") of Bursa
Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 17 March 2015, Bursa Securities had
on 18 June 2015, vide a letter to the Company, stated that after due consideration of
all facts and circumstances of the application, decided to grant the Company a temporary
waiver from complying with Paragraphs 8.03A (2) and (3) of the Listing Requirements and
this position be re-assessed by the Company again at the earlier of:-
(i) 31 December 2015; or
(ii) when the local Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of
China has decided on the temporary shutdown of operations of Linyi Yehua Coking Co. Ltd.
