Reference is made to Hua-An's announcements on 11 March 2015
and 16 March 2015 pertaining to the above matter.
The Board of Directors of Hua-An wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an
application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to seek a waiver from complying with
Paragraph 8.03A(2) and (3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad today.
