Announcement Details :
The Company wishes to inform that the Final Dividend of 4.55% tax exempt for the
financial year ended 31 December 2007, which has been approved for payment at the last
Second Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30 June 2008, is a single-tier
dividend which is non-tax deductible under section 108 of the Income Tax Act 1967 and is
exempt from Income Tax in the hands of the shareholders pursuant to paragraph 12B of
Schedule 6 of the said Act.
The aforesaid Final Dividend will be paid on 13 August 2008 to depositors whose names
appear in the Company's Record of Depositors on 15 July 2008.
