Retirement Of Directors At The Forthcoming Annual General Meeting

Hua-An, wishes to announce that Mr. Zhang Tianran and Encik Jaleeludeen Bin Abu Baker have notified the Company on 5 June 2008 that they wish to retire at the forthcoming 2nd Annual General Meeting to be convened on 30 June 2008 and no longer wish to seek for re-election as Directors of the Company ("the said notification").

With the receipt of the said notification, Mr. Zhang Tianran and Encik Jaleeludeen Bin Abu Baker will be retiring as Directors of Hua-An at the conclusion of the 2nd Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 June 2008.
