The Board of Directors of Hua-An is pleased to announce that the Company has on 25
February 2008 proposed a final dividend of 20% of the audited profit for the year ended
31 December 2007 less the Malaysian Corporate Tax for the financial year ended 31
December 2007. The proposed final dividend is subject to the shareholders' approval at
the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The dates of entitlement and payment of the final dividend would be announced at a later
date.
