Remarks:
We refer to our announcements dated
27 August 2020 and 26 November 2020 respectively in relation to the Proposed Change of
Name of the Company.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 15
December 2020 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of
the Companies Act 2016 dated 14 December 2020 issued by the Companies Commission of
Malaysia.
Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "SINO HUA-AN INTERNATIONAL
BERHAD" to "TECHNA-X BERHAD" with effect from 14 December 2020.
This announcement is dated 15 December 2020.
