We refer to the announcements dated 14 June 2019, 4 July
2019 and 2 August 2019 in relation to the Notes Issue (“Announcements”) and the
circular to the shareholders dated 21 August 2019 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise
stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the
Announcements and Circular.

Tranche 1 Notes amounting to RM5 million has been issued on 12 November 2019.
