In compliance with the Company's obligations under the MMLR, the Board of Directors of
the Company wishes to inform that the Company's subsidiary, namely Linyi Yehua Coking
Co., Ltd., has recommenced operations following the expiry of the leasing agreement with
Linyi Xin Jiang Quan Metal Material Technology Co. Ltd. as disclosed in the Company's
announcement on 31 January 2017.
