For the period 1990 to 2001, Mr. Zhu
Qing Hua was engaged in the commercial trade of building material, hardware,
mechanical and electrical products and coal mining. In 2001, Mr. Zhu
co-founded Mengfei with Mr. Zhang Tianran and was appointed as the Director
and General Manager of Mengfei. He was responsible for the sales and
marketing, purchasing, adminstration department of Mengfei. On 21 June 2005,
he was appointed as a Director of PIPO Overseas Ltd. a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Sino Hua-An International Berhad. Overall, Mr. Zhu has over
fifteen (15) years of working experience in the related industry.
