Notice of Intention to Deal in the Securities of the Company During Closed Period

Announcement Details :

Pursuant to paragraph 14.08(a) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to inform that it had on 23 October 2008 received notification from Y.A.M. Tunku Naquiyuddin ibni Tuanku Jaafar, the Director of the Company on his/the financial institution of which the Company's shares are pledged with, intention to deal in the securities of Hua-An during the closed period prior to the targeted date of announcement of the quarterly results for the financial quarter ended 30 September 2008. His current holdings in the securities of Hua-An is as per Table A below:-
